- Our orders generally ship within 24 hours
- You will be contacted if there are reasons to delay your shipment
- All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping in Canada
- Any order less than $100 will have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99
Damages may occur between our warehouse and your address. If you have any concerns about your package please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
You will need to send proof of damaged items. You can do this by sending us a photo of the damaged item by email at Customerservice@dietandwellness.ca
Please note, we are not responsible for weather incurred damage such as possible heat or freezing damage. Chocolate, all liquids, baked products, and water-packed noodles are items to be especially aware of.
There is No Refund or Exchange on the following products:
- Grocery items
- Personal use items
Defected items may be returned to our store within 15 days of arrival to qualify for an exchange, store credit, or replacement.
